Rush repair is a bench-priority option you choose on the order form. It costs +$100, charged once per order, and it moves your module ahead of the standard queue. Standard bench time is about a week, counted from the day your module arrives at the lab. With rush, the target is 2–3 business days.

How to get it there fastest

1. Order with rush repair selected on the order form.
2. Ship the day the prepaid label arrives. It comes by email once payment clears, and it is already addressed to us.
3. Pick the return speed that fits: Standard return shipping $29.95 (3–5 business days) · UPS 2nd Day Air return $54.95 (2 business days) · UPS Next Day Air return (overnight) $94.95 (next business day).

What rush does — and doesn't — change

Rush moves bench time only: the same diagnosis, repair and testing happen, just sooner. It does not change the shipping legs. The 2–3 business days is a target, not a guarantee; parts availability and the condition of the module can extend it. If the module needs a part we have to order, we tell you right away.

The rest of the order works the same way. You get an email when your module arrives, when work starts, when the bench work is done and when it ships back with tracking. Prices are starting prices: if the bench finds more work than your service covers, we tell you the cost and you approve it first. Can’t be repaired? A replacement with your data for the difference — or your repair price back, minus shipping.

When rush is worth it

Rush makes sense when every day off the road costs you — a vehicle you need for work, or a customer's car waiting in your bay. If the vehicle can sit for a week or so, standard bench time gets the same repair, the same testing and the same warranty.
