Reading a Ford ABS part number

Ford-style number (Jaguar / Land Rover, Ford era)

Prefix (4 chars: year letter/digit + vehicle code) + base + suffix. ABS/ESP bases seen on Jaguar/Land Rover units: 2C219, 2C353, 2C405, 14F447. a rebuilder's MK25 list has Jaguar-era examples (2W932C219BB, 4R832C219BD) but the same page also covers Ford/Lincoln, so those are format examples only. source ↗
